Deputy Chief Executive: Resident Services
This is the role that will be the champion for customer service excellence within the organisation.
You’ll work to make sure that our services and support are easily accessible to all customers and that we are responsive and efficient in how we manage and engage with all who come into contact with us.

In summary, you’ll strive to make the complicated simple: ensuring that we are user-focused rather than process focused and shape a more streamlined customer experience. It’s likely that you already have experience of leading operational services, and that you understand the dynamics of people, technology and processes that underpin a hugely diverse range of customer engagement. You’ll deputise for the Chief Executive in their absence, so it’s essential that you already have a track record within a senior management team, and that you are used to advising at the highest level within a political setting.
